Our Services
General Health Care
The focus of our consultations is on preventive care to ensure the health of your pets, such as health checks and vaccinations.
House Call
We provide professional veterinary care in the comfort of your home, ensuring the well-being of your pets in the comfort and convenience of your own home. Please note that service availability is subject to conditions such as traffic, weather, or unforeseeable circumstances.
Dentistry
We offer in-house dental health assessments, including checks for tartar and plaque, allowing your pet to comfortably undergo oral examinations in a familiar environment.
Laboratory Test
With our in-house laboratory lets us process many tests on site rather than sending them away, so we can act on results promptly during urgent situations.
Vaccinations
We offer both core and non-core vaccination services to help cats and dogs effectively combat various pathogens.
CT Scan
CT (Computed Tomography) Scans are available by referral and play an essential role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in veterinary medicine.
Travel Health Certificates
We are able to provide health certificates for your pet’s traveling needs.
About Us
Hong Kong Pet Patrol (HKPP) was founded in 2019 by Dr Robert Lo, BVSc, a veterinarian trained at the University of Sydney. What started as a mobile consultation service — built to reach pet owners who couldn’t easily get to a clinic — has grown into a full-service veterinary practice offering house calls, in-clinic consultations, surgery, hospitalisation, TCVM, and advanced diagnostics including CT scan (by referral).
We believe good veterinary care isn’t just about medicine. It’s about trust — between the vet, the owner, and the animal. Every case we see, whether it’s a routine check-up or a complex surgical workup, gets the same level of attention and honesty.
HKPP is a small team. That’s intentional. It means you’ll always speak to someone who knows your pet, and your pet will always be seen by a vet who genuinely cares.
